Terms and Conditions

By accessing this site and its products or services, Auradorn Headwear & Accessories assumes that the user has read and agreed to the below terms and conditions. I reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice.

General
1. While I make every effort to avoid any exposure of viruses from my website and any other transmissions, users should be aware of this potential risk, and therefore I cannot be held accountable for any resulting loss or damage incurred.

Product Information
1. I will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with my product descriptions and pricing, however it cannot be guaranteed that the information communicated is accurate, complete or error-free.
2. While this website is continually updated, I cannot guarantee that any particular item is still available for sale. If this should occur, you will be contacted immediately so that alternate arrangements can be made.
3. I reserve the right to remove products from the website without notice, at my sole discretion.
4. The user must be aware that the colours of the photographed items will appear differently from one computer screen to the next. Also, as with the nature of colour, it must be understood that the colours will appear differently under artificial and natural daylight. If you are concerned about colour matching, I may be able to send you a swatch of the materials used for a small fee. Just ask me.

Sales
1. Prices of goods displayed on my website are current at the time of display, and are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and are quoted in Australian dollars.
2. The customer assumes responsibility to pay for the item in full within the specified time frame once a deposit has been paid. (This being three weeks for Ready Made items, or at an agreed date for Custom Made items which will be arranged at the time of deposit).
3. All deposits are non-refundable.
4. If in the event that the customer decides to cancel a ready-made order or if the full balance is not received within two weeks from it’s due date, the item/s remain the property of Auradorn Headwear & Accessories, and will be treated accordingly.
5. Due to the nature of one-off custom made pieces being tailored to your own design requirements, there can unfortunately be no cancellations of custom-made orders, meaning that the customer remains liable to pay the FULL balance under all circumstances, unless at my own discretion. I would like to advise the customer that in this circumstance it is best to communicate your intention to cancel as soon as possible, as I may be able to charge only a portion of the total cost.
6. Every effort will be made to provide the goods requested, however if circumstances limit my ability to do this in full, I reserve the right to use substitute materials or produce an alternative product at my discretion. If this should occur, I will attempt to contact the customer to agree on the alternative where possible, prior to delivery.
7. In the event that I am unable to fulfill your order at the agreed time, I reserve the right to use substitute resources to ensure that the order is met.

Delivery
1. Orders will not be delivered until the full balance has been received.
2. It is the customers’ obligation to provide the complete and correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If the delivery details provided are incorrect, Auradorn Headwear & Accessories cannot be held accountable, and the customer must resolve the problem of their own accord.
3. If there is no-one to receive the goods, the goods will be returned to Auradorn Headwear & Accessories and the customer will be contacted to arrange another delivery time. In this case an additional delivery and handling charge will apply.

Returns and Exchanges
1. Unfortunately, I cannot allow for any returns or exchanges once the item has been posted. Please communicate any concerns or requirements you may have before placing your order. I will assist you as far as I am able to, however please be aware that the end choice remains the customers’ decision, and I will not allow returns or exchanges for change of mind.
2. All due care is taken when packing items before delivery, however there is a remote possibility that damage may occur during transit. If the customer has chosen to pay postal insurance (as standard), I will either repair the item, or work to the best of my ability to provide a suitable replacement for the item.
3. If the customer deems that there has been damage outside of these circumstances, I ask that the item is delivered back to me within seven days, that I may form an assessment. At my own discretion, I may decide to repair or replace the item immediately, if the item is indeed found to be faulty by production.
