Ordering Process

Here you will find everything you need to know about how to make an order and what this process will involve.

Choose a design
Take some time to view my collection and be inspired.

For Ready Made Pieces
• Simply click on the Buy It Now button on the page of the item you would like to purchase. The price listed includes GST and packing. Due to the natural variation in postage cost, I ask that you contact me with your postcode to find the postage price, (preferably before you elect to buy the item).
• You will then proceed to an order page which confirms the details of your item, and requests your necessary personal information to receive the order.
• Then you will be asked to indicate which payment option you would like to use, and to accept my terms and conditions.
• You can choose to pay in full or leave a twenty percent (20%) deposit to secure the item for yourself.
• Your order has now been placed. You will receive a receipt of deposit / payment and the item will be sent to your address once the balance is paid.

For Custom Made Pieces
• For general enquiries, visit my Contact link, or for a more specific enquiry, I have prepared mini questionnaires to help find your perfect design in every detail, if you would like to use them. There is one for Bridal and another for Millinery . Obviously the more detail you can provide the better I can meet your needs. If the quetionnaires are more detailed than you care for, you may be lucky enough to find a design listed on my site that you would like for yourself. Select the Order Similar button, and then describe what you would like to change eg. colour, trim.
• Submit your request and I will then respond if I am able to meet the requirements of the design, and you will receive a quote. You can then choose to accept or decline the offer. You are most welcome to make an amendment to the order if needed; contact me for suggestions of how to make the item more affordable.
• Once the quote is accepted along with my terms and conditions , I will require a deposit of thirty percent (30%) to begin working on your design. You can then pay off the balance in up to three installments.
• When the design is complete and I have received the full balance of the item, you will be informed and we will arrange a suitable time for it to be posted to your address.
